Michael Reichmann joined the Human-Computer Interaction Division at the University of Salzburg as a Research Fellow in September 2024. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Musicology from the University of Vienna and a Master’s degree in Multimedia Technologies, with a specialization in Sound Design, from St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences.
As a researcher, developer, and artist, his work centers on cross-modality and sonic interaction design. Currently, as part of the DiMo-NEXT project, he is developing sonification techniques to enhance users’ sports experiences.
