Dorothé (she/her) has been a Research Fellow at the Center for Human-Computer Interaction since May 2016. She graduated from Eindhoven University of Technology with a Master’s degree in Industrial Design. At the Center, she works as a design researcher on the project FEM*mad, which aims to remove barriers that girls* and women* experience in their access to makerspaces. Dorothé is also a PhD candidate at the Center for Human-Computer Interaction in the Embodied Interaction group. In her thesis, she focuses how digital/physical hybrid tools might support embodied sensemaking between different actors.
